摘要:为了更好地加工出符合技术要求的工件球面,介绍超硬球面的磨削加工工艺,阐述砂轮选择、砂轮修整及工件磨削方法等关键加工环节。指出:采用特制成形的表面砂轮用切入法加工球面零件,工件球面加工精度高,尺寸、形位公差及表面粗糙度均达到要求;外圆磨削与磨球面磨削可分开进行,效率高且节约成本,可减少人工依赖,适合批量加工。

Discussion on the Spherical Grinding Process

Abstract:In order to better process the workpiece spherical surface that meets the technical requirements,the grinding process of superhard spherical surface is introduced,and the key processing steps of grinding wheel selection,grinding wheel dressing and workpiece grinding methods are described.It is pointed out that the surface grinding wheel by specially forming is used to process the spherical surface parts through cutting-in method,which can make the machining accuracy of workpiece spherical surface high,and the dimension,geometrical tolerance and surface roughness meet the requirements.Cylindrical grinding and spherical surface grinding can be carried out separately,and can improve the efficiency,save the costs,and reduce the labor dependence,so it is suitable for batch processing.
