摘要:为了提高棉网和棉条质量,降低对工人技术水平的依赖、减少企业用工,探讨清梳联系统未来发展趋势,分析智能检测、智能计算与智能控制技术在清梳联系统单机控制中的应用;阐述智能化清梳联系统方案的构架及先进性。指出:清梳联智能化技术的发展有助于纺织企业的技术升级,降低劳动力成本,智能化清梳联控制系统在信息化、智能化、能耗优化、设备安全保护及远程维护等方面具有先进性。

Research on Intelligent Blowing-carding Control System

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of cotton net and cotton sliver,reduce the dependence on workers’ technical level and the employment of enterprises,the development trends in the future of blowing-carding system are discussed.The application of intelligent detection,intelligent computation and intelligent control technology in single machine control of blowing-carding system is analyzed.The framework and advancement of the scheme of intelligent blowing-carding system are described.It is pointed out that the development of intelligent technology of blowing-carding is helpful for textile enterprises to upgrade technology and reduce labor costs,and the intelligent blowing-carding system is advanced in information,intelligence,energy consumption optimization,equipment safety protection and remote maintenance.
