棉/涤纤维单染段彩纱生产方案

摘要：为了纺制棉/涤纤维单染段彩纱，介绍段彩纱混合纱号及基纱号数、节长、节距、节粗的确认以及打样确认的方法，详细分析其原料选配及预处理、工艺设计及要点、生产管理要点及设备操作要求。指出：棉/涤纤维单染段彩纱融合了单染纱及段彩纱的生产技术，做好客户打样确认，注重原棉和涤纶短纤的选配、原料的预处理以及回花使用量的控制，根据订单量估算基纱、饰纱占比及投料数，根据段彩纱成纱机理做好工艺设计，从而控制白星疵点、防止染色条花；纺制满足客户风格要求的高品质段彩纱，须根据成纱要求，做好棉纺环锭细纱机改造，合理设置喇叭口位置，定期检查传动系统确保传动精准，并加强操作管理及大货风格跟踪。

Abstract:In order to spinning the single dyed and segment colored yarn of cotton/polyester, this paper introduces the confirmation methods of blended yarn number and base yarn number, length of snicks,distance of snicks,snicks size and proofing confirmation of segment colored yarn plus the analysis of its raw material selection and pretreatment,process design and key points,essentials of production management and equipment operation.It is pointed out that the single dyed and segment colored yarn of cotton/polyester,if integrated with the production technology of single dyed and segment colored yarn,makes possible customer proofing confirmation,attention should be paid to the selection of raw cotton and polyester staple fibers,the pretreatment of raw materials and the control of recycling usage,estimation of the proportion of base yarn and decorative yarn and the number of feeds according to the order quantity,and process design be made according to the yarn forming mechanism of segment colored yarn according to the requirements of yarn forming,the ring spinning frame should be reformed,the bell mouth location should be set reasonably,the transmission system should be checked regularly to ensure the accuracy of transmission,the operation management and the style tracking of bulk goods should be strengthened,and the high-quality segment colored yarn meeting the requirements of customers can be produced.
