细纱工序自动化技术的发展

为了减少纺纱企业用工量、降低劳动强度,提高成纱质量和设备自动化水平,从细纱机自动落纱技术、细纱工序纺纱连续化、细纱自动接头技术、细纱监测系统、自动化理管系统

摘要:为了减少纺纱企业用工量、降低劳动强度,提高成纱质量和设备自动化水平,从细纱机自动落纱技术、细纱工序纺纱连续化、细纱自动接头技术、细纱监测系统、自动化理管系统、细纱工艺器材操作的重要性及管理等方面详述细纱工序自动化技术的发展现状、优势以及未来方向。指出:全自动集体落纱自动化程度高、用时短;粗细联、细络联的工序联接有利于纺纱自动化、连续化生产,可减少占地面积和人为疵点;自动接头可减少巡回时间,提高看台数量;监测系统可实现定向值车定向检修,实时监测断头;自动化理管系统能减少细纱管运输周转流程,适用于纺纱品种多、纱管更换频繁的情况。

The Development of Automation Technology of Spinning Process

Abstract:In order to reduce the amount of labor,reduce labor intensity,improve yarn quality and equipment automation level in spinning enterprises,the development status,advantages and future direction of automation technology in spinning process are described in detail from the aspects of automatic doffing technology of spinning machine,continuous spinning in spinning process,automatic splicing technology in spinning process,yarn monitoring system,automatic yarn tubes sorting system and the importance and management of spinning process,accessories,and operation.It is pointed out that the automatic collective doffer has high automation degree and short time.The process connection of roving-spinning unit and  spinning-winding unit is conducive to automatic spinning and continuous production,which can reduce the land occupation and human defects.The automatic splicing can reduce the tour time and increase the number of machines.The monitoring system can realize directional operation and directional maintenance of spinning frame,and real-time monitoring of broken ends.The automated yarn tubes sorting system can reduce the transportation turnover process of yarn tube,which is suitable for the situation of many spinning varieties and frequent yarn tubes replacement.
