摘要:为促进纺织机械装备的创新与发展,介绍第19届国际纺织机械展览会(ITMA 2023)展出的纺织新技术,分析机器人、无槽筒络筒技术、自动络筒机技术、混抓棉技术、细纱机自动接头技术等在纺织生产中的应用与发展。指出:粗细联、细络联、筒纱打包和立体纱库技术已基本成熟;对精度要求高的系统装置要简化结构、分解功能,尽量采用机器人等高技术产品;纺纱机械装备原理性创新难度很大,重新定义与组合现有技术,将其与高科技产品、跨界技术相融合,可实现创新与发展。

Review of the New Spinning Technologies on the 19th International Textile

Abstract:In order to promote the innovation and development of textile machinery and equipment,the new textile technology exhibited in the 19th International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITMA 2023) is introduced,the application and development of robot,winding technology without groove drum,automatic winding technology,cotton plucking and blending technology and automatic splicing technology of spinning frame in textile production are analyzed.It is pointed out that the technologies of roving-spinning unit,spinning-winding unit,cheese yarn packing and stereoscopic yarn store house have been basically mature,the system device with high precision requirements should simplify the structure and decompose the function, and try to adopt high-tech products such as robots.The original innovation of spinning machinery and equipment is very difficult.Redefining and combining the existing technology,and integrating it with high-tech products and cross-border technology,can realize the innovation and development.
