摘要:为了提高集聚纺CJ 11.7 tex ST米通纱整经质量、减少筒纱断头,介绍其工艺流程,通过标锭回倒筒纱说明断头次数及原因;以筒纱内层附入回丝及小辫子纱、筒纱表面乱纱、筒纱外层吸乱纱、双股上筒纱、回丝附入筒纱或吸乱纱5个案例,分析导致整经断头的原因及应对措施,强调要做好设备检查及相关管理工作。指出:挡车工应坚持目光“三查法”、做到“一观、三捉、四查一观”,及时发现筒纱不良和捻接不良,查找原因并尽快处理;设备保障做好清洁保养、管理和维修,保障电子清纱器动作良好,重点排查筒纱成形不良、断头高的单锭,做好机台整修和专件更换,减少单锭劣锭,提升产品质量。

Analysis of Broken Ends of CJ 11.7 tex ST Mitong Yarn in Warping

Abstract:In order to improve the warping quality of CJ 11.7 tex ST mitong yarn and reduce the broken ends of cheese,the process is introduced,and the times and reasons of broken ends are explained by the labeling spindle and backwinding cheese.The causes and countermeasures of broken ends in warping are analyzed from five cases.Namely,the waste yarn and the small braided yarn are attached to the inner layer of the cheese,the yarn on the surface of the cheese  is messed up,the yarn the outer layer of the cheese is confused and messed up,the cheese is double strands,the waste yarns is attached to the cheese or the yarn is confused and messed up. The equipment inspection and related management are emphasized.It is pointed out that the worker should adhere to the “three inspection method”,do“one observation,three catch,four inspection and one observation”,find out the poor forming yarn and bad splicing in time,find the cause and deal with it as soon as possible.Equipment maintenance personnel should do a good job of maintenance,management and repair,ensure that the electronic yarn cleaner works well,focus on checking the cheese with poor forming and single spindle with high broken ends,do a good job of machine repair and parts replacement,reduce the bad spindle of single spindle,to improve product quality.
