细纱挡车和换段操作法的革新

摘要:为了降低挡车工工作量,提高生产效率,从落纱要点、减少断头的措施介绍挡车操作法,从宝塔分段铺车法、铺车时间点、纺空操作法、登卡管理等方面介绍换段操作法;分别以2700 m和2000 m粗纱定长纺C 14.58 tex针织纱为例,详细说明换段操作法预算各组产量的办法。指出:边落纱边巡回,兼顾落纱和挡车,做好捉疵工作,正确处理飞车,有利于减少断头,稳定产量;由挡车、换粗纱一体化转变为分工协作,成立换段组,均衡各班换段工作量,挡车工挡台量由3台增加到9~10台(长车1008锭),减少空锭;换段操作法均衡了各班换段工作量,提升了细纱机生产效率,明确了粗纱供应情况。

Abstract:In order to reduce the workload of workers and improve production efficiency,the spining operation method is introduced from the main points of doffing and measures to reduce broken ends,and the segment changing operation method is introduced from the aspects of pagoda-like section paving method,paving time point,empty spinning operation method and registration card management.The output budgeting method of each group is explained in detail by using 2700 m and 2000 m roving yarn spinning C 14.58 tex knitting yarn.It is pointed out that touring while doffing,taking into account doffing and spining,doing a good job of catching defects and correctly dealing with flying spinning frame,are conducive to reducing broken ends and stabilizing output.The integration of spining and changing roving is transformed into division and collaboration,setting up a changing segment group,balancing the workload of each production team,increasing the number of spinning frame from 3 to 9~10(spinning frame with 1008 spindles),and reducing empty spindle.The segment changing operation method balances the workload of each production team,improves the production efficiency of the spinning frame,and clarifies the supply of roving.
