多仓混棉机的结构改进与应用

摘要:为解决现有多仓混棉机测量压力稳定性差、角钉帘维护成本高、漏底网眼板和排杂管易堵塞等问题,分析多仓混棉机的结构组成和混和原理,分别从储棉仓压力检测、角钉帘维护和漏底除杂等方面剖析多仓混棉机存在的问题并对其结构进行改进。指出:改进后多仓混棉机的压力波动值减小,无效要棉次数减少,钉条更换省时省力,角钉帘易维护性提升,漏底除杂装置堵塞和杂质堆积情况改善;且故障率降低、混棉效果改善,减少用工、产能提高。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems,such as poor pressure stability,high maintenance cost of spike lattice and easy clogging of under-screen mesh plate and waste pipe of the existing multi-bin mixer,the structure composition and mixing principle of multi-bin mixer are analyzed,and the existing problems of multi-bin mixer are analyzed from the aspects of pressure detection of cotton storage bin,maintenance of spike lattice and waste removal of under-screen,and the structure of the multi-bin mixer is improved.It is pointed out that after the improvement,the pressure fluctuation value of the multi-bin mixer is reduced,the number of ineffective cotton needs is reduced,the replacement of nail strip is time-saving and labor-saving,the maintenance of spike lattice is improved,the blockage and accumulation of impurities in the waste removal device of under-screen are improved.The failure rate is reduced,the mixing effect is improved,the labor is reduced,and the production capacity is increased.
