摘要:为了保证纺织设备正常安全运行,提高设备利用率和产品质量,分析制定纺织设备管理制度的原则,提出管理维修人员强化学习设备原理的必要性;探讨纺织设备点检、周期维护、润滑管理、目视化管理的内容及方法。指出:须正确使用、保养、维护设备,而模块化、傻瓜化设备维护的要求更高;应克服设备管理就是设备维修的错误理念,生产运转中的设备应通过点检、预防性维修消灭故障;通过培训提高员工素质,实现自主管理;结合实际,科学、高效、合理地制定设备检修计划,降低故障停机次数,降低检修成本。

My Tentetive Views on Equipment Management

Abstract:In order to ensure the normal and safe operation of textile equipments,improve the utilization rate of equipments and product quality,the principles of formulating textile equipment management system are analyzed,and the necessity of management and maintenance personnel reinforcing and learning equipment principle are put forward;the contents and methods of textile equipment spot checking,periodic maintenance,lubrication management and visual management are discussed.It is pointed out that equipments should be used and maintained correctly,and the requirements of equipment maintenance with modularization and dumbness are higher.We should overcome the wrong idea that equipment management is equipment maintenance,and production and operation equipments should avoid failures by spot checking and preventive maintenance.We should improve staff’s quality through training and achieve self-management.We should make the equipment maintenance plan scientifically,efficiently and reasonably combining the actual situation to reduce the equipment breakdown times and maintenance costs.
