并条机数字化自调匀整位移传感器的创新设计

摘要:针对并条机自调匀整检测系统对棉条厚度变化量的检测方面,存在须提高其检测精确度、改善检测系统运行稳定性及避免干扰等问题,基于并条机自调匀整检测技术的现状,分析其结构和原理,设计出以旋转编码器为核心、基于ARM LM3S9B92控制器的数字化自调匀整位移传感器;详细阐述数字化自调匀整位移检测信号的优化处理和脉冲计数优化方案,并编制主要程序。指出:数字化自调匀整位移传感器对棉条厚度检测的最小分辨率为0.5 μm,检测精度高;齿轮和齿条实时无间隙配合,重复精度保持在±1个脉冲内,运行稳定性好,抗干扰性强;提高了现有并条机自调匀整系统的性能,性价比高。

Innovative Design of Digital Autoleveling Displacement Sensor for Drawing Frame

Abstract:Aiming at the problems such as improving the detection accuracy and the operating stability of the detection system,and avoiding interference in the detection of sliver thickness variation with the autoleveling detection system of drawing frame,based on the situation of autoleveling detection technology of drawing frame,its structure and principle are analyzed,and a digital autoleveling displacement sensor based on the core of rotary encode and controller ARM LM3S9B92 is designed.The optimization of digital autoleveling displacement detection signal and the optimization of pulse count are described in detail,and the main programs are developed.It is pointed out that the minimum resolution of the digital autoleveling displacement sensor for the thickness detection of cotton sliver is 0.5 μm,which has high detection accuracy.The gear and rack have no gap in real time,and the repetition accuracy is kept within ±1 pulse,with good operation stability and strong anti-interference.The performance of the existing drawing frame autoleveling system is improved and the performance cost ratio is high.
