摘要:为了提高回转盖板平面度检测的精度、准确度和效率,介绍设计的回转盖板平面度自动检测系统的工作原理和设计特点,详细分析虚拟仪器的工作原理及结构、虚拟仪器系统传感器及其测量电路及微机接口的选择。指出:回转盖板平面度自动检测系统以虚拟仪器为核心,以计算机软硬件技术、网络技术和接口技术为基础,采用传感器技术,通过集成化、模块化数据处理和显示完成回转盖板平面度的检测;具有自动化程度高、检测速度快、使用维护方便等优点,能保证回转盖板平面度的检测精度。

Brief Analysis of Automatic Testing Technology for the Flatness of Rotary Flat of Carding Machine

Abstract:In order to improve the testing precision,accuracy and efficiency of rotary flat flatness,a flatness automatic testing system for rotary flat is designed,the working principle and characteristics of the system are introduced.The working principle and the structure of virtual instrument,and the selection of sensor,measuring circuit and microcomputer interface of virtual instrument system are analyzed.It is pointed out that the virtual instrument is the core of automatic testing system for the flatness of rotary flat,which is based on computer software and hardware technology,network technology and interface technology.The system adopts sensor technology and completes the testing for the flatness of rotary flat through integrated and modular data processing and display.It has the advantages of high automation,fast testing speed,convenient use and maintenance,and ensure the testing accuracy of the flatness of rotary flat.
