不同特性纤维纺纱的空气调节方法探讨

摘要：为了适应多品种、小批量的纺纱需求，更好地满足不同特性纤维纺纱的正常生产，分析纯棉包芯纱、双芯纱、混纺包双芯纱等品种对车间温湿度的要求及相应的空气调节方法。指出：按品种制定温湿度控制标准、按品种系列进行分区域控制温湿度、按季节釆取“关停堵”措施，以满足纺纱要求，营造“零”波动的生产环境；同时，纺纱新工艺、新要求、纺纱新方法均对空气调节方法提出了更高的要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of multi-variety and small batch spinning,and better meet the normal spinning of fibers with different properities,analysis is done to the requirements of temperature and humidity in workshop of pure cotton core-spun yarn,double-core yarn and blended double-core yarn,and the corresponding methods of air conditioning.It is pointed out that the control standard of temperature and humidity should be formulated according to the variety,the temperature and humidity should be controlled regionally according to the variety series,and the measures of “closing,stopping and blocking” should be taken according to the season,which can meet the requirements of spinning and create a “zero” fluctuation production environment.At the same time,new technology,new requirements and new methods of spinning all put forward higher requirements for air conditioning methods.
