摘要:为了解决常规喷气织机难以织造厚重型回字纹提花织物的问题,针对性设计出织造厚重对称型回字纹提花织物的方案,介绍其经、纬向纱线号数选择及生产规格和组织图,从增强、保伸、耐磨、提高开口清晰度分析整经、浆纱、穿综、穿筘及织造工序的关键技术难题及工艺参数。指出:采用“大张力、小开口”的生产工艺能保证纱线排列均匀、卷绕密度一致,可实现用喷气织机织造厚重回字纹提花织物;该设计可根据需要调整下层纬纱号数,能满足不同坯布克重、织造品种需求。

Production Practice of Heavy-duty JacquardFabric with Homocentric Squares

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that conventional air-jet looms are difficult to weave heavy-duty jacquard fabric with homocentric squares,a heavy-duty jacquard fabric with symmetrical homocentric squares is designed specially.The selection of warp and weft yarn numbers,production specifications and organization diagrams are introduced,and the key technical problems and process parameters including warping,sizing,draft lifting,reeding and weaving are analyzed from the aspects of strengthening,stretching,wear resistance and shedding clarity.It is pointed out that the production process of “big tension with small opening” can ensure uniform yarn arrangement and uniform winding density,and can produce heavy-duty jacquard fabric with homocentric squares.The design can adjust the number of lower weft yarns according to needs,and can meet the needs of different gram weight of grey cloth and weaving varieties.
