摘要:为保证摩擦盘式假捻器细长轴加工质量,分析其结构特点、加工难点以及加工成本高、加工效率低等问题产生的原因及其加工工艺存在的弊端,通过试验确定细长轴表面采用化学镀镍磷工艺替代电镀硬铬,并改进细长轴加工工艺,能满足假捻器细长轴硬度、耐磨性、耐锈蚀性高的要求,且能降低生产成本、提高加工效率。

Improvement of Manufacturing Technology for Slender Shaft of False Twister with Friction Disc

Abstract:In order to ensure the processing quality of the slender shaft of false twister with friction disc,analysis is done to the problems with slender shaft such as its structural characteristics,processing difficulties,high processing cost and low processing efficiency and the disadvantages of its processing technology.It is determined by experiments that electroless nickel-phosphorus plating process is used on the surface of the slender shaft replacing electroplating hard chromium process,which can meet the process requirement in hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the slender shaft of the false twister,reducing production cost and improving processing efficiency.
