摘要:为保证棉纺环锭细纱机在纺纱时,管底小纱有更好的形状以增大纱管的容纱量,并为建立管底小纱成型技术研究的数学模型提供依据,介绍凸钉零件在纺纱过程中的作用,量化分析无凸钉时管底小纱成型计算和凸钉的作用。指出:随着科技进步,伺服控制技术在环锭细纱机上的应用及钢领板升降系统的电子化,使凸钉被更为精准、智能化的控制程序所替代;细纱管底小纱成型时各参数之间的数学关系,为伺服系统凸钉电子化编程提供了准确的数学模型。

Study on Bottom Yarn Forming Technology of Cotton Ring Spinning Process

Abstract:In order to ensure to have a better bottom yarn forming in the process of cotton ring spinning to increase the yarn volume in forming,and to provide a basis for the mathematical model set-up for further study of bottom yarn forming technology, introduction is made to the role of the convex pin part in the spinning process,and quantitative analysis is made to the effect of the convex pin and the bottom yarn forming calculation without convex pin.It is pointed out that with the development of science and technology and the application of servo-control technology in ring spinning frame and the electronic lifting system of ring bar,the convex pin will be replaced with more precise and intelligent control programs,and the mathematical relationship among the parameters of spinning bottom yarn forming provides an accurate mathematical model for the electronic programming of convex pin for servo system.
