精梳棉/维纶包芯纱的生产实践

摘要：为保证精梳棉/维纶包芯纱的成纱包覆效果，介绍其工艺流程和技术难点，从粗纱、细纱和络筒工序的技术要点、注意事项和工艺参数等方面探讨包芯纱的生产工艺，并进行精梳棉/维纶 80/20 19.44 tex K品种试纺。指出：生产精梳棉/维纶包芯纱，粗纱工序前后导条器的调整应遵循“逐渐收窄”的原则，采用双喂入喇叭口，在罗拉座处安装导棉棒，采用特定托棉板，并合理调整其位置及倾斜角度；细纱工序选择硬度稍大的胶辊，耐磨型钢领、钢丝圈，加装集合器，采用“重定量、大牵伸、重加压、强控制”的工艺原则；络筒工序采用“低车速、小张力”的工艺原则等，可避免纱线芯纱外露，成纱质量好，为良好的布面效果做好基础。

Abstract:In order to ensure the yarn covering effect of the combed cotton/vinylon covering yarn，the processes and technique difficulties are introduced，and the production processes of the combed cotton/vinylon covering yarn are discussed from aspects such as technical essentials，cautions and process parameters in roving, spinning and winding processes，and the spinning of the combed cotton/vinylon 80/20 19.44 tex K yarn is tried.It is pointed out that in production of the combed cotton/vinylon covering yarn,the adjustment of the front and rear bar guiders should follow the principle of“gradual narrowing”with double feeding horn,installing cotton-guider at the roller seat and specific cotton-supporting board with proper position and angle in roving process.We should choose cots with hardness slightly higher than expected,and wear-resisting rings and travellers with aggregators，the technological principles of “heavy weight,large draft,heavy pressure and strong control” in spinning process.“Low speed and small tension” in winding process are still valued,consequently avoiding the exposure of the core yarn.Good yarn quality is ensured,being the foundation of good cloth effect.
