纺织器材专件的应用探析

摘要：为降低成本、提高成纱质量，介绍纺织器材、专件使用功能，详述了公司在智能化纺纱中选配针布、棉网清洁器组合、胶辊、胶圈等纺织器材、专件的原则及技术要点。指出：根据使用功能可将纺织器材、专件分为梳理类、牵伸类、加捻卷捻类和通道类；针布对生条及成纱质量起着决定性作用，应注意齿型选配、齿密优化配置；棉网清洁器配置应与车速、原棉含杂相匹配，并合理设置各部隔距；紫外线光照处理胶辊表面的效果优于涂料处理，可根据纺纱品种选用聚氨酯胶辊；网格圈选用应注意导电性、透气性和耐用性；纺织器材、专件在使用过程中应做到配套化、标准化、规范化、统一化和有效化。

Abstract:In order to reduce costs and improve yarn quality,introduction is made to the use functions of textile accessories and special parts,and the principles and technical points of selecting and matching card clothing,combination of cotton web cleaner,cots,aprons and other textile accessories and special parts in intelligent spinning are elaborated.It is pointed out that the textile accessories and special parts can be classified into carding,drafting,twisting and channel classes according to their functions.The card clothing plays a decisive role in sliver and yarn quality,and attention should be paid to the selection of tooth profile and the optimizing configuration of tooth density.The cotton web cleaner configuration should be matched with the speed and impurity content of raw cotton,and the gauge of each part should be set reasonably.Ultraviolet irradiation treatment of cots surface is better than coating treatment,polyurethane cots can be selected according to spinning varieties.Attention should be paid to electrical conductivity,air permeability and durability when lattice apron is selected.Textile accessories and special parts in use should be in way of matchness,standardization,unification and effectiveness.
