摘要:为解决JWF1551型三元色智能环锭细纱机后牵伸区出现堆积、跳纱、缠绕后罗拉等问题,介绍该机后区牵伸结构原理,分析在纺纱过程中执行特殊纺纱工艺时后牵伸区出现问题的主要原因,提出上下销—胶圈式后区牵伸新结构。指出:新后区牵伸结构的粗纱不仅在后区牵伸单独控制,而且进入中罗拉前的浮游长度大幅缩短,能有效避免执行特殊纺纱工艺时出现的问题;新结构是一种理想化结构模型,其成品尚需根据试验结果对相关参数和结构做进一步调整与细化。

Improvement of Back-zone Drafting Device of the Intelligent Ring Spinning Frame with Three Primary Colors

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as piling up,skipping and winding of rear roller in the back-zone drafting process of the intelligent ring spinning frame JWF1551 with three primary colors,introduction is made to the principle of the drafting structure in the back-zone of the frame.Analysis is done to the main reasons of the problems in the back-zone drafting process during the special spinning.A new structure of the back-zone drafting with top and bottom cradle and apron is proposed.It is pointed out that the roving of the new structure of the back-zone drafting is not only controlled separately,but also greatly shorten the floating length before entering the middle roller,which can avoid problems effectively during the special spinning.The new structure is an idealized structural model,and the related parameters and structures need to be further adjusted and refined according to the test results.
