摘要:为解决锭胆结合件径向跳动偏大时须校直,并且影响锭子整体性能的问题,测试表明影响其跳动偏大主要是因轴承座外圆锥跳动大,新旧检测方法的差异使零件在二次装夹车削过程中轴承座直孔孔底附近位置可能出现母线交叉,且旧检测方法无法及时反馈导致;并对加工工艺及检测方法进行改进并验证。指出:通过测量调整轴承座加工机床母线,调整轴承座加工工艺,增加零件检测,锭胆结合件的校直比例降低30个百分点;通过集中工序工艺,使轴承座4点径向跳动不大于0.02 mm,压装后D点跳动不大于0.1 mm;JWD6811ES系列锭子在转速为21 kr/min时,JWD7111ES系列和JWD7211ES系列锭子在转速为18 kr/min时,其单锭振程均不大于0.06 mm,补油周期达6个月以上。

Optimization of the Process of Key Parts for Overall Improvement of Spindle Quality

Abstract:In order to solve the problems with the spindle insert such as big radial runout of the conjunction,which actually impacts the overall performance of the spindle.Test proves that the big runout mainly comes from the runout of the outer cone of the bearing seat,the difference between the methods new and old maybe another reason resulting in big runout,when secondary turning occurs at the bore of the bearing seat,there is a crossover of generatrix near the bore,and the old method fails to give a quick response to the problem.Processing technology and test methods are improved and verified.It is pointed out that with adjustment of the working machine generatrix and process for the bearing seat,and reinforcing detection of parts.The straightening ratio of the conjunction of the spindle inserts drops by 30%.Radial runout amplitude of the bearing seat from four points is less than 0.02 mm,runout amplitude in D point is less 0.1 mm after press fitting by measuring the working machine generatrix of the bearing seat.For the spindle JWD6811ES working in 21 kr/min and the spindle JWD7111ES and JWD7211ES working in 18 kr/min,the amplitude of single spindle is less than 0.06 mm,and the lubrication cycle is more than 6 months.
