针对纺织行业如何实现智能化的问题,分析我国纺织行业面临创新速度加快、消费需求多元、智能深度融合的新变化,以及智能化纺纱面临的思维传统、风险高、投资回收期长等问题;以山东华

摘要:针对纺织行业如何实现智能化的问题,分析我国纺织行业面临创新速度加快、消费需求多元、智能深度融合的新变化,以及智能化纺纱面临的思维传统、风险高、投资回收期长等问题;以山东华兴纺织集团有限公司在智能化纺纱方面的探索为例,即通过自动化技术物联、通过互联网技术软联、通过智能化技术进行运营管理,详细分析华兴智能纺模式的六大亮点及实践经验。指出:我国纺织行业已迈进智能化、数字化的转型中,华兴的经验和反思可以给行业以借鉴,促进纺织行业转型升级,同时也能减少企业投资智能化研究的风险。

Discussion on the Spinning Intelligence

Abstract:In view of the problem of how to realize intellectualization in the textile industry,analysis is made to the new changes faced by China’s textile industry such as quickening the pace of innovation,diversified consumption demand and deep integration of intellectualization,and the traditional thinking,high risk and long payback period of investment that intellectualized spinning is facing.Huaxing intelligent spinning mode exemplifies intelligent spinning in practice,that is,through the automation technology realizing material connection,through the internet technology realizing software connection,and through the intelligent technology realizing operation and management.Details analysis is done to the six highlights and practical experience of the Huaxing intelligent spinning.It is pointed out that China’s textile industry has stepped into the intellectualized and digitized transformation.Huaxing’s experience and reflection can be used for reference by the industry for the promotion of the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry,and of the reduction of the risk of enterprises investing in intellectualized research.
