智能化纺纱厂精细化管理的革命——细纱单锭监测系统

摘要：为了提高细纱质量，降低纺纱成本，介绍细纱断头规律和普瑞美Ultimo系统的结构、原理和应用效果；该系统对细纱工序的生产质量进行实时单锭监控，同时对故障锭位、弱捻锭、断头、闲置断头，停台时间以及平均接头时间等异常问题进行统计和分析。指出：减少细纱断头是提高产量、稳定质量、降低劳动强度和维持正常生产的基础；断头增加导致回花增加，制成率降低，空锭资源浪费；采用细纱在线监测工具必将成为纺纱厂精细化管理的重要选择，用户能够通过优化这些数据，大大提升生产效率和产品质量，做到精细化管理，合理用工，节约成本。

Abstract:In order to improve spinning quality and reduce spinning cost,the paper introduces the breaking rule of the spun yarn and the structure,principle and application effect of the Premier Ultimo system,which monitors the production quality of the spinning process in real time and in single spindle,at the same time it statistics and analysis the abnormal statistics such as the location of faulty spindles,weak twist spindles,broken ends,idle broken ends,down time and average piecing time.It is pointed out that reducing yarn breakage is the basis of increasing production,stabilizing quality,reducing labor intensity and maintaining normal production;increase of yarn breakage results in waste increase,production reduction and waste of empty spindle resources.Application of  the on-line spinning detection system is an important choice for meticulous management of spinning mills,and users can greatly improve production efficiency and product quality through optimization of these specifications,consequently to achieve meticulous management,rational employment,and cost savings.
