空气捻接器接头质量的控制措施

摘要：为了提高空气捻接器接头质量，从空气捻接器维护保养、操作规范以及使用管理方面分析其使用注意事项，并以No.21C型自动络筒机空气捻接器接头为例，详细分析其捻接工艺参数设置、验结工艺选择和接头质量检查的控制措施。指出：接头质量直接影响生产效率和产品质量，需加强空气捻接器维护保养和使用管理；注重空气捻接器工艺参数、验结工艺以及接头质量检查等，可确保生产效率和产品质量。

Abstract:In order to improve splicing quality of the air-splicer,cautions are analyzed including maintenance，operation specifications and use management of the air-splicer.Sampling the air-splicer of the automatic winder No.21C,analysis is done to setting of twisting process parameters，selection of knot check process and control measures for splicing quality inspection in details.It is pointed out that the splicing quality affects the production efficiency and product quality,therefore maintenance and use management of the air-splicer should be reinforced.Something must be done in controlling the process parameters,knot check process and splicing quality inspection of the air-splicer ensure production efficiency and product quality.
