HT16CNC-W型全自动宽幅砂轮磨胶辊机应用浅析

摘要：为解决手工操作磨砺胶辊精度差、稳定性差、效率低等不足，介绍HT16CNC-W型全自动宽幅砂轮磨胶辊机的工作原理和优点，并与普通窄幅砂轮高精度磨胶辊机在主要性能参数和下机胶辊成纱质量方面进行对比分析。指出：HT16CNC-W型全自动宽幅砂轮磨胶辊机适应范围广，自动化程度高，操作简便，磨砺精度和磨砺效率高，节省人工，可满足纺纱厂降本增效的要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems with manual cot grinding such as poor accuracy, poor stability and low efficiency,introduction is made to the working principle and advantages of the automatic grinding machine of wide grinding wheel HT16CNC-W.Comparison analysis is done to the main parameters and off-line yarn quality between the auto-grinding machine HT16CNC-W and the conventional high-precision grinding machine.It is pointed out that the auto-grinding machine HT16CNC-W is of a wide range of spinning varieties,high degree of automation，simple and convenient operation,high grinding precision and efficiency, so it can reduce labor cost and meet the demands of cost decreasing and benefit increasing.
