摘要:为了提高梳理质量,减小对纤维的损伤,降低成纱棉结和色结,从纤维染色后性能变化的特性等方面分析了色纺纱生产过程中的梳理难点;以柔性梳理理念为原则对梳棉机针布进行选型分析,并进行成纱质量对比。结果表明:选用基厚较薄和齿距较大的锥齿金属针布齿条,使针布的横向齿密加大,提高对纤维的分梳强度和次数;纵向齿密减小,减少纵向针齿握持纤维数量,可有效减小对纤维的损伤,降低成纱棉结和色结。指出:色纺纱发展至今,已淡化了棉纺、毛纺、麻纺以及绢纺的行业界线;锥齿针布是实现柔性梳理的必要条件,能提高对纤维的分梳强度和次数,又避免针齿间嵌破籽,有效降低成纱棉结和色结,对纤维损伤少,使色纺外观质量和品质得到提高。

Discussion on the Application of FlexibleCarding in Color Spinning Process

Abstract:To improve the carding quality for less damage to fiber,to reduce yarn neps and color nub,the combing difficulty in color spinning production process is analyzed from the performance of dyed fiber.Considering the idea of flexible carding,analysis is done to clothing selection and yarn quality comparison.The results show that selection of MCC wires of conical profile with thin base and large pitch increases the transverse tooth density,improves the fiber carding intensity and frequency,decreases longitudinal tooth density,reduces the number of longitudinal teeth holding fiber,effectively reducing the damage to fiber,and yarn cotton neps and color nubs.It is pointed out that considering color spinning so far,the industry limit between cotton,wool,linen and silk is fading away.Clothing with conical wires is a necessary condition to achieve flexible carding,improving fiber carding intensity and carding frequency and avoiding jamming of broken seeds,effectively reducing the neps and color nubs,fiber damage being less,the quality of color spinning appearance and quality of the product itself are improved.
