新型中心距可调消隙齿轮副

摘要:为了解决齿轮传动副侧隙问题,分析齿轮中心距调整法,双齿轮片、弹簧组合法,双电机组合3种传统消隙方法的原理和不足;通过对比,采用新型中心距可调消隙齿轮副方法设计出自动消隙齿轮副机构,其在工作过程中能适时动态自适应调整中心距,可完全消除侧隙对传动精度的影响;结合公式计算结果,表明其径向压力大于驱动力矩形成的径向分力,共振频率满足要求。指出:中心距可调消隙齿轮副可完全消除齿轮加工误差及齿轮副安装精度引起的齿轮副固定侧隙和齿轮传动过程中因齿轮易损及回程误差而产生的变值侧隙,提高齿轮副的消隙能力,在不提高齿轮副加工精度的情况下,能够获得更高的齿轮副传递精度,实现了零侧隙传递。

A New Pair of Gears with Backlash Eliminationthrough Adjustable Center Distance

Abstract:In order to solve the backlash problem with a pair of gears,analysis is done to the items including center distance adjustment method and the principle and the disadvantage of three kinds of traditional backlash eliminaton methods of double gears,spring combination and double motor combination.A new pair of gears with automatic backlash elimination is introduced through adjustable center distance,dynamically and timely even completely eliminating the influence of the backlash on transmission precision.The calculation results with the formula show that the radial pressure is greater than the radial force formed by driving distance and the resonance frequency meets the requirements.It is pointed out that the pair of gear with backlash elimination through adjustable center distance can completely eliminate the fixed backlash caused by machining error and installation precision,and the variable backlash caused by gear damage and return error in gear transmission process,improving the ability of backlash elimination.Without increasing the machining accuracy of gears,higher transmission accuracy can be achieved with zero-backlash.
