一种分体式弹性管自镗夹头胆

摘要：为了解决3分夹头胆受切割变形、设备精度和安装位置等因素影响而导致其失去精度，从而影响车床产品加工精度的问题，设计出夹套孔可多次自镗，既能用于弹性管加工，也可用于铝杆外圆、轴承座孔等工件加工的分体式自镗夹头胆。指出：该夹头胆仅适用于较小切削量的产品加工，大尺寸产品需多次加工，多次自镗后夹头套失效，需要更换；夹头胆基体与不同夹套孔配用，可加工多种尺寸产品，更换新夹套时装卸方便，节约工时，生产效率提高，产品加工质量得到进一步保障，可应用于普通车床和数控车床。

Abstract:To solve the problems with 3 points chuck lining such as precision failure due to cutting deformation,chuck equipment precision and the installation position,further affecting the machining accuracy of the lathe products,a split self boring chuck lining is introduced characterized as repeated self boring of chuck lining,which can not only be used for elastic tube processing,but also be used for aluminum rod and bearing hole machining.It is pointed out that the product is only suitable for small chuck cutting quantity,but large size products need repeated processing,in case of chuck head failure,replacement is necessary.When chuck matrix is matched with varieties of chuck lining of different pore size,it can process many kinds of products,the replacement of the new lining utility is simple,time saving,production efficiency is improved and the processing quality of the products ensured,thus applicable for ordinary lathe and CNC lathe.
