集聚纺细号紧密纱工艺实践及体会

摘要：为了充分发挥集聚纺装置效能，提高细号紧密纱质量，从原料选配及清花、梳棉、精梳准备、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒等工序主要工艺参数进行分析，制定纺CJ 7.29 tex纱工艺优化方案。指出：选配原料前应充分了解成纱品质要求及其与原料性能的关系，并考虑原料的加工性能，确保正常稳定地生产；合理配置各工序纺纱工艺参数，加强设备的维护保养及操作管理，是提升集聚纺产品品质的有效途径；工艺流程中对半成品、成品纱的条干、棉结和短绒严格控制，可使纺纱质量达到较好的水平。

Abstract:To give full play to the efficiency of compact spinning device for better yarn quality,analysis is done to the items including raw material selection and parameters in the processes of blowing,carding,combing preparation,combing,drawing,roving,spinning and winding, spinning scheme of yarn CJ 7.29 tex is process optimized.It is pointed out something must be done to make clear what the yarn quality is and its relationship with the properties of raw materials before selection of raw materials,and normal and stable production must be ensured after considering the process performance;rational allocation of spinning process parameters and strengthening equipment maintenance and operation management is an effective approach to increase the product quality of the compact spinning process.Strict control of yarn evenness,neps and short fiber in finished or semi-finished products makes the yarn quality reach a higher level.
