聚酯复合纤维牵伸机传动辊结构的改进设计

摘要:为了解决聚酯复合纤维牵伸机传动辊辊筒变形、断裂及齿轮断齿等问题,从原牵伸机传动辊结构入手,分析导致问题的原因,并提出针对性的改进方案。指出:将原辊筒连接处的连接方式由V形焊接改为U形焊接,并增加筋板、辊筒套和挡边等辊筒支撑,解决传动辊从焊道处断裂问题;采用右端轴承定位,并在轴上设计安装双螺母固定套及密封结构,解决传动轴轴向窜动问题;改进后的牵伸机传动辊结构能有效避免辊筒变形、断裂和轴向窜动等问题,且安装维修方便。

The Improved Design of the Driving Roller of the DrawingFrame for Polyester Composite Fiber

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as deformation and fracture of the driving roller and tooth breakage of the gears of the drawing frame for polyester composite fiber,starting with the structure of driving roller of drawing frame,analysis is done to the factors with the problems,and the corresponding solotions are presented.It is pointed out that the problem of roller fracture from the welding seam can be solved by changing the joint connection with U-shaped welding instead of V-shaped welding,and increasing roller support such as reinforced plate,roller set and flange.The problem with the axial displacement of the driving roller can be solved by using the right end bearing positioning device,and installing double nut fixing sets with the sealing structure.The drawing frame with the improved driving roller structure can effectively avoid the problems such as roller deformation,fracture and axial displacement.It is of easy installation and maintenance.
