金井金属针布的使用实践

摘要：为了选择性价比高、成纱质量好的进口针布，阐述了新型针布的特点及发展方向，介绍日本金井金属针布的规格和特点；通过试纺分析，指出：金井金属针布齿密大、基部宽小，采用“零齿顶面”设计，有利于纤维分梳，清除棉结、杂质能力强，成纱质量指标好，性价比较高。

Abstract:To select the imported card clothing with high performance/price ratio and high production quality yarn,description is done to the features and developing direction of new clothings.Introduction is done to the specifications and characteristics of the clothing from Kanai Juyo Kogyo Co.,Ltd..Trial spinning analysis finds that the clothing from Kanai Juyo Kogyo Co.,Ltd.is good in big tooth density,small base width,the“zero top face”design,faciliating better fiber carding,strong removal of neps and impurities,consequently with good yarn quality index and high performance/price ratio.
