浅谈金轮GRJC型精梳整体锡林的应用实践

摘要：为了提高精梳条质量水平并降低生产成本，介绍了GRJC型嵌入式整体锡林的性能特点，重点将GRJC型与格拉夫5014型整体锡林在立达E7/5精梳机上进行了试验对比，探讨了精梳锡林的使用维护注意事项，指出GRJC型嵌入式整体锡林具有梳齿硬度合理，穿刺能力强，耐磨性好，梳理过程中梳齿不变形，作用缓和，对纤维损伤小等优点；与格拉夫公司同类产品相比，清除棉结、杂质和短绒效果理想，明显改善了棉网的均匀度和清晰度，价格上比国外产品更具优势。

  Abstract:In order to upgrade the quality of the combed sliver for lower cost，introduction is done to the performance of the imbeded unitary combed roll GRJC by GERON.Highlight is given to the comparative analysis of the imbeded unitary combed roll GRJC by GERON in contrast  to the unitary combed roll Graf 5014 in the application of the combing frame E7/5.Some cautions in application of the combed roll are given.Conclusion is made that the imbeded unitary combed roll GRJC by GERON is of reasoned rigidity of the wire with good puncture，good abrasion resistance，free deformation of the wire in the combing，tender in combing，less damage of fiber.moreover，it is of good clearing performance of the neps，impurities and short fiber，consequently with marked improvement of the uniformity and the definition of the cotton web，yet with competitiveness in price in contrast to the products overseas of the same kind.
