金属针布齿条热处理过程中的热色及其测控

摘要：总结金属针布齿条生产线热处理测控现状，结合金属的热色及钢的热色图谱，详尽分析了金属针布齿条热处理的加热特点和热色特点，建立符合金属针布齿条热处理的热色与处理效果比照图表，涵盖淬火加热、高频退火加热、接头对焊加热；以锡林针布和道夫针布两个主导产品为例，分析其淬火加热热色分布及对应区域的处理效果。指出：热色的掌控是针布齿条制造者的基本技能，产品规格、齿形特征、材质选用等的不同，将带来热色特征及操控的巨大差异；对热色深入细致的研讨，有助于提升金属针布齿条的热处理质量，为研发高端产品和打造国际品牌创造条件。

Abstract:Summarized here is the current thermal control status of rack production line of the metallic card clothing.With information of the thermal color atlas of the steel,comprehensive analysis is made to the heating characteristics of the thermal treatment of the rack of the metallic card clothing and the thermal color.A chart is made to compare the thermal color treatment effect of the thermal treating the rack of the metallic card clothing covering quenching and high frequency annealing,butt welding heating.Sampling cylinder clothing and doffer clothing as the two leading products,analysis is done to the heating color distribution with the treatment effect of quenching and the corresponding region.It is pointed out that the control of thermal color is the basic skills manufacturing the rack of the metallic card clothing. The difference in specifications,tooth profile,and material will make bring a huge difference in thermal color characteristics and control of the hot color depth and meticulous research,helping improve the quality of the rack of the heat treatment for the development of high-end products and to create an international brand.
