摘要:为了适应节能减排、低碳生产的需要,介绍合金钢工件热处理淬火介质的优缺点,使用PAG水溶性淬火液对AT5010×05032VP金属针布齿条进行淬火试验,并对其各点硬度、淬火金相组织的晶粒度分布、回火电流等与PAG水溶性淬火液浓度关系进行对比并确定了工艺。结果表明:PAG淬火液可以代替淬火油用于对总高4.0 mm以上的自锁基部齿条淬火冷却,当其浓度为5%~8%、温度为30 ℃~60 ℃、回火电流为110 A~150 A时,齿条硬度满足行业标准要求,且晶粒度分布较均匀;平均每台车每月消耗PAG水溶液成本约为淬火油的30%;应用PAG淬火液,可实现“以水代油、安全生产、无烟气排放”,并节约生产成本、改善车间环境。

Application of PAG Water Soluble Quenching Liquid in the Production
of the Self-locking Root Rack

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of energy saving and emission reduction for low carbon production,introduction is made to the advantages and disadvantages of the quenching medium for alloy steel.The soluble quenching liquid PAG is used in quenching test of AT5010×05032VP metal wires and contrast test is done to the hardness and the grain size distribution of the quenched microstructure and the tempering current.The relationship is found between the concentration of soluble quenching liquid and the above-said and the process is determined. The results show that soluble quenching liquid PAG can replace the quenching oil in quenching the self-locking root above the total height of 4 mm.When the concentration is 5%~8%,the temperature of 30 ℃~60 ℃,tempering current of 110 A~150 A,the rack hardness meets the requirements of industry standards, and the grain size distribution is uniform.The monthly average consumption of PAG water soluble liquid per unit is about 30% of the quenching oil.Application of water soluble quenching liquid PAG can replace oil with water with safe production,less flue gas emissions and production cost,consequently improving the environment of the workshop.
