浅谈新型弹性盖板针布的使用与维护

摘要：介绍了新型弹性盖板针布横向针尖距缩小、纵向由稀到密渐增的设计特点；通过对不同型号、不同速度的弹性盖板针布成纱质量对比试验，说明其对工艺配置及成纱品质的影响，介绍了使用和维护新型弹性盖板针布的方法。指出：新型弹性盖板针布性能稳定，其应用能大幅降低生条和成纱结杂，改善棉网清晰度，且使用寿命长；正确的磨砺和维护能延长其使用寿命，达到优质、高产、低耗的目的。

Abstract:Introduced hereunder is a new flexible flat clothing regarding the design features of small tip spacing lateral,and from sparse to dense.Trial spinning with the flexible flat clothing of different types with different speed indicates that the configuration has some impact on the process and yarn quality.Method of maintenance of new flexible flat clothing and the use-how is introduced.It is pointed out that the new flexible flat clothing is of stable performance;consequently reducing the sliver and yarn neps significantly, improving web clarity.Correct grinding and maintenance can prolong its service life,achieving high quality,high yield,and low consumption.
