探析胶辊选型及管理对纺纱质量的影响

摘要：为保证成纱质量、降低生产成本、提高生产效率，针对影响纱线质量的胶辊硬度、结构、表面处理、选型及管理问题，通过试纺进行探析；指出胶辊的选型与管理极为重要，应依据纱线品种及要求选择适宜的胶辊硬度和结构，并加强胶辊的科学维护与管理，才能降低生产成本，优化纺纱生产，实现产质量和生产效率的提高。

Abstract:In order to ensure the yarn quality with low production cost and high production efficiency,analysis is done to the factors impacting yarn quality such as cot hardness,structure,surface treatment process,selection and management of the same.Conclusion is made cot selection and management is very important.Only cots with proper hardness and structures catering the yarn varieties and the requirement are used plus reinforced scientific maintenance and management,can production cost reduced,the spinning production optimized, production quality and production efficiency guaranteed.
