日照裕华盖板式负压异形管使用体会

摘要：为了降低专件选配成本，提高成纱质量，解决集聚纺、赛络集聚纺在品种翻改频繁时，负压异形管不能互换的难题，介绍了日照裕华盖板式负压异形管的使用及技改体会，用数据进行对比，说明该异形管生产效果理想且改造投资少，存放空间小，充分满足了集聚纺、赛络集聚纺的快速互换要求，值得推广。

Abstract:In order to reduce cost of parts matching for better yarn quality,to solve the problems such as difficult interchange of the negative-pressure profiled tube when varieties spinning is frequently needed with compact spinning or siro-compact spinning,introduction is made to the application and tech-modification experience of the negativepressure profiled tube with cover branded with Yuhua produced in Rizhao.Data comparison proves that the profiled tube is of good production efficiency with less modification cost and small area of storage,meeting the requirements of the rapid process exchange of compact spinning and siro-compact spinning,consequently worthy of promotion.
