降低C 14.58 tex纱千米棉结的生产实践

摘要:针对C 14.58 tex纱棉结多的问题,从工艺控制方面阐述在纺纱全流程开展技术攻关的实践,即:提高清花工序运转率、多排杂、降低风机转速、减少打击;优选梳棉针布、加大负压;合理配置并条牵伸倍数;细纱工序使用加长上销并调整其前冲量、粗纱捻系数和细纱钳口隔距等。指出:技术攻关后,C 14.58 tex纱成纱千米棉结由约400个降到200个以下,且成纱条干、细节、粗节改善明显,后纺工序断头减少、效率提高,布面风格好。

Production Practice of Reducing Neps of C 14.58 tex Yarn

Abstract:In view of the problem of C 14.58 tex yarn with a lot of neps,the practice of technical research in the whole process of spinning is described from the aspect of process control,that is, improving the operation rate of blowing process,excluding impurities as much as possible,reducing the speed of the fan and reducing the blow;optimizing cotton card clothing,and increasing negative pressure;reasonable configuration of the drafting multiple in drawing;in the spinning process,extended top cradle is adopted,and its front impact power,roving twist coefficient and the gauge of the yarn jaws are adjusted.It is pointed out that after technical breakthrough,the number of neps in per kilometer of C 14.58 tex yarn has dropped from about 400 to less than 200,and the evennness,fine ends and slubs have been improved obviously,the break of the post-spinning process has been reduced,the efficiency has been increased,and the fabric style is good.
