浅谈毛纺梳理机的结构、原理及工艺实践

摘要：为了探讨梳毛机的原理及工艺，根据梳毛机的基本结构和工艺流程分析了纤维的梳理过程，探讨了纤维的受力、针布间形成的三大作用及在三大作用下纤维的运动；提出了梳毛机上隔距和速比的选择原则；认为梳毛机的技术参数应根据不同的工艺流程确定。

  Abstract:In order to approach into the work-how and the process of wool carding,analysis is done to fiber carding process including the fiber stress,three effects between the clothing and the fiber the movement under the same according to the basic structure and the process of wool carding.The guiding caution is given in selection of the gauge and the speed ratio,that is,the process parameters varying with different process .
