对位芳纶1414纺丝箱结构的改进

摘要：为了提高对位芳纶1414纺丝箱的纺丝质量和工艺适应性，介绍设计该纺丝箱的技术背景，分析新型纺丝箱的传动方式、内部排布形式以及其保温方式。指出：该新型纺丝箱满足纺丝工艺要求，而且通过工艺调整，可满足多品种对位芳纶的纺丝需要。

  Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality and process adaptability of the spinning box 1414  spinning paramid fiber,introduction is made to the technical background of the spinning box in designing,analysis is done to a new type of the spinning box regarding the transmission mode, the interior arrangement and its heat preservation.It is pointed out that the new spinning box can meet the spinning process requirements for varieties of paramid spinning provided that further the process adjustment is made.
