新时代梳棉机的技术特性和发展方向探析

摘要：为了促进梳棉机的技术发展，分析了新时代梳棉机主体梳理结构的现状，探讨了梳棉机幅宽增加后回转盖板根数是否增加和锡林直径是否缩小两个课题，通过对多个优化梳棉机整体或局部功能结构创新进行剖析，展望了梳棉机和梳理技术的未来发展方向。指出梳理技术发展呈波浪式，应重视其基础研究，克服技术瓶颈。

  Abstract:In order to promote the progress of card technology,analysis is done to the card in the new era regarding its back-bone structure in the current state.Approach is made into the number change of the revolving flats and change of the cylinder diameter.Through analysis of the structural recreation of the card,developing prospect is given to card and card technology.It is pointed out that carding technology develops in a lumpy way.It is necessary to reinforce the substructure research and overcome the bottle-neck.
