摘要:为了解决纺制A100型天丝纤维纱时天丝纤维表面光滑、卷曲数相对较少、抱合力差、刚性强、受打击易断裂等问题,通过在清花工序采取“短流程、轻打击、以梳代打”的工艺措施,减少纤维损伤;梳棉工序合理选配针布类型、优化梳理工艺,消除棉网破边、掉网,改善棉网清晰度;并条工序合理配置牵伸工艺,改善棉条内纤维结构;粗纱工序采用较大的捻系数以增强纤维抱合力,并严格筛选加捻器;细纱工序合理配置牵伸工艺,采用铝衬管低硬度胶辊,并合理控制车间温湿度;络筒工序控制气圈张力减少管纱脱圈,正确设置电清参数,提高捻结质量等工艺技术措施,生产出满足质量要求的天丝17.9 tex纱。

Practice of Spinning Tencel A100

Abstract:In order to solve the problems with Tencel A100 including smooth fiber surface,small number of curls,poor cohesion,strong rigidity,easy hit break,through the process of “short flow,light hit,application of comb instead of hit” in the blowing process in order to reduce the fiber damage.In the carding section, optimization of carding process is done with reasonable selection of carding cloth so as to eliminate edge drop,improve cotton net definition.In the drawing section,rational allocation is done of drafting process to improve the internal structure of fiber.In the roving section,applying big twist factor in order to strengthen the cohesion force of the fiber with the strict selection of splicer.In the spinning process,rational allocation of drafting process is done with aluminum lined cot with low hardness,and more,proper control of humiture in the workshop.In the winding section,tension of balloon control is strictly done to avoid coil-collapse.Correct data configuration of yarn cleaner is necessary to improve splicing quality for the production of yarn with 17.9 tex in conformity with the quality requirements.
