SL-1型紫外线光照机的使用及改进探讨

摘要：为了提高胶辊光照机光照效率及胶辊对差别化纤维的适纺性，介绍了紫外线光照机的使用现状及国产SL-1型光照机的使用要求，分析了其存在的问题，并进行改造。指出：改造后的胶辊光照机节能环保，光照效率可达960个/h。

  Abstract: In order to improve the performance of the ultraviolet machine and spin ability of cot on differential fiber production, introduction is made to the current status of the ultraviolet machine and the domestic ultraviolet machine SL-1,analysis is done to the existing problems with the domestic product and the solution to the problems. It is pointed out that after the modification, the domestic ultraviolet machine SL is of energy saving and environmental protection, with the production rate of 960 pcs/h.
