圈条器在并条机上的应用及工艺配置

Abstract:In order to improve the forming quality of coiler in the drawing process，the working principle and application of coiler are introduced.Through coiler capacity，the process configuration of can diameter，eccentricity and speed ratio is calculated and analyzed，the selection principle of the coiler speed ratio configuration and the coiler drafting value are put forward，and the solutions of the problems such as hard core，wave shape，irregular circle，the blockage of the coiler pipe and so on during the coiling forming process are given.Taking JWF1310 drawing frame as an example，the coiling ratio and coiling tension are calculated.It is pointed out that the factors that influence coiling forming include the dead weight of cotton sliver，the centrifugal force of can coiler rotation，the friction between cotton sliver and coiler pipe and the spatial shape of coiler pipe，etc.The can diameter，coiler diameter and air hole size determine the eccentricity,eccentricity influences coiler speed ratio,and coiler speed ratio and coiler drafting value influence coiling forming quality.Reasonable selection of coiler speed ratio and coiler drafting value can make the coilers of drawing frame arrange closely，have a neat appearance and distribute evenly.The problem of hard core，wave shape and irregular circle of coiler cotton sliver can be solved by adjusting the coiling tension.
