摘要:为稳定成纱质量、降低生产成本,分析应用XJ129PRO型棉结和短绒测试仪测试指标对成纱质量的影响;介绍测试仪试样制备以及棉结、短绒测试过程,以生产CJ 9.8 tex纱为例,对比应用该仪器进行原棉选配及半制品、成品指标控制的实践。表明仪器具有操作简单、测试速度快、数据准确、重复性好、支持智能配棉系统有效运行的优点,可取代手拣棉结测试法和罗拉式长度短绒测试法,用于检测原棉、筵棉、精梳条的棉结和短绒含量,为企业使用原棉、调整生产工艺和质量控制发挥重要的指导作用。

Application of Neps & Short Fibers Tester XJ129PRO

Abstract:In order to stabilize yarn quality and reduce production cost,the influence of test indexes of yarn quality by neps & short fibers tester XJ129PRO is analyzed,and the sample preparation of the tester and the test process of neps and short fibers are introduced.Taking the production of CJ 9.8 tex cotton yarn as an example,the practice of raw cotton selection,the index control of semi-finished product and finished product with the tester are compared.It is showed that the tester has the advantages of simple operation,fast test speed,accurate data,good repeatability,and supports the effective operation of intelligent cotton assorting system.It can replace the hand-picked nep testing method and roller type of short fiber length testing method,and can be used to detect the neps and short fibers content of raw cotton,sheet cotton and combed sliver.It plays an important role in guiding the use of raw cotton,adjusting production process and quality control of enterprises.
