ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展若干新技术评析

摘要：为了展示ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展上细纱相关拓展创新技术，详细介绍瑞士立达公司、印度朗维公司展示的细纱接头机械手的工作流程和特征；分析多气圈超高速纺纱技术的纺纱机理及其对钢丝圈的要求；从日本丰田公司展出纺纱速度可达50 kr/min的“未来纺纱技术”样机，对比评析丰田离心式纺纱机多项中国发明专利与我国自动离心式细纱机专利的内容；叙述关于锭速划分和自动化领域技术创新的思考。指出：ITMA2019巴塞罗那国际纺机展上展示的纺纱新技术，证明传统领域的纺纱技术围绕着自动化信息化项目、高性价比的工艺技术不断创新和突破，超乎想象的高速纺纱，促使处于纺织领域主战场的中国纺织企业必须加快行业创新步伐，才能紧跟时代洪流。

Abstract:To demonstrate the expanded innovative technologies related to spinning at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition（ITMA2019），the working process and characteristics of spinning joint manipulators exhibited by the Switzerland Rieter Company and the India LMW Company are introduced in detail.The spinning mechanism and its requirement for travellers of the multi-balloon and ultra high speed spinning technology are analyzed.The contents of several Chinese invention patents of the Toyota centrifugal spinning machine and the Chinese automatic centrifugal spinning machine patents are compared and analyzed from the prototype of“future spinning technology”with spinning speed up to 50 kr/min exhibited by the Japanese Toyota company；the thinking about spindle speed division and the technical innovation in the field of automation are described. It is pointed out that the new spinning technology exhibited at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition （ITMA2019） proves that the spinning technology in the traditional field is constantly innovating and breaking through around the automation information project and cost-effective process technology；the high speed spinning beyond imagination makes chinese textile enterprises，the main battlefield in the textile field，have to accelerate the pace of industry innovation to keep pace with the current of the times.
