Abstract:In order to demonstrate the new compact spinning technologies at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition（ITMA2019）,several compact forms of air flow negative pressure  and mechanical compression are introduced.The technical highlights of the single-row and aperture metal suction drum negative pressure compact device COMPACTdrum launched by Rieter,the small straw lattice negative pressure compact device COMPACTapron with three-rollers large front cot,and the secondary composite mechanical compact device COMPACTeasy are described.Through the change and development of the compact form of ring spinning,its technical application and development trend are explained.It is pointed out that the multi-directional innovative products of compact spinning exhibited at Barcelona International Textile Machinery Exhibition（ITMA2019） prove that traditional spinning technology still has great room for improvement.International advanced manufacturers are still leading the technological innovation and development of the industry.It is expected that greater progress will be made in terms of the compact effect, device costs, energy consumption and renovation conve nience, etc.Chinese compact spinning device manufacturing enterprises should overcome the curing cognition and catch up.
