莱赛尔纤维纺纱生产实践

为了解决莱赛尔纤维成纱棉结高、毛羽多等问题,以纺莱赛尔14 8 tex针织纱为例,根据原料性能特点和纺纱工艺流程,详述各纺纱工序工艺原则及主要参数的优化配置

摘要:为了解决莱赛尔纤维成纱棉结高、毛羽多等问题,以纺莱赛尔14.8 tex针织纱为例,根据原料性能特点和纺纱工艺流程,详述各纺纱工序工艺原则及主要参数的优化配置;清梳联工序优选梳理器材,梳棉采用重定量配置,应用柔性工艺,减少纤维损伤,保证分梳、增强转移,减少棉结和短绒;并条工序优化牵伸分配,提升纤维伸直平行度,降低总牵伸倍数,稳定条干水平;粗纱工序放大罗拉隔距,改善牵伸效率,减小后区牵伸倍数,提升条干水平,细纱工序集中主牵伸,放大罗拉隔距,减小牵伸力波动,优选钢领钢丝圈,降低成纱毛羽及断头,合理设置温湿度,并对比工艺优化前后成纱质量指标。结果表明:经过系列工艺优化措施后,车间生活稳定,生产的莱赛尔14.8 tex纱毛羽、断头、棉结数量减少,质量稳定。

The Spinning Production Practice of Lyocell Fiber

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high nep and many hairiness of lyocell fiber spinning yarn,the spinning of lyocell 14.8 tex knitting yarn is taken as an example,the process principles of each spinning process and the optimal configuration of main parameters are described in detail according to the properties of raw materials and the spinning process.The carding accessories are selected through the blowing-carding unit,the heavy weight per unit is used in the carding process and the flexible processes are applied to reduce the fiber damage,ensure carding,strengthen transfer,and reduce cotton neps and short fiber.In the drawing process,the drafting distribution is optimized,the straightness and parallelism is increased,the total drafting multiple is reduced,the evenness level is stabilized.In the roving yarn process,the roller gauge is enlarged,the drafting efficiency is improved,the drafting multiple of back zone is reduced,and the evenness level is raised.In the spinning process,the main drafting is concentrated,the roller gauge is enlarged,the drafting force fluctuation is reduced,the ring and traveler are optimized,and the yarn hairiness and the broken ends are reduced.The above measures are taken and the temperature and humidity are reasonably set.By comparing the yarn quality index before and after process optimization,it shows that after a series of process optimization measures,the workshop work is stable, the number of hairiness,broken ends and neps of lyocell 14.8 tex yarn are reduced,and the yarn quality is stable.
