为了确保纯棉CJ 5 8 tex合股乔其纱硬挺且富有弹性,分析纯棉乔其纱面料对纱线的要求,介绍纯棉CJ 5 8 tex合股乔其纱配棉与纺纱工艺流程,以及单纱与合股的捻度

摘要:为了确保纯棉CJ 5.8 tex合股乔其纱硬挺且富有弹性,分析纯棉乔其纱面料对纱线的要求,介绍纯棉CJ 5.8 tex合股乔其纱配棉与纺纱工艺流程,以及单纱与合股的捻度、捻向选择,单纱质量和锭速优化,并线倍捻工艺及注意事项,蒸纱工艺重要性等。通过多组试验方案试纺纯棉CJ 5.8 tex合股乔其纱,确定其单纱为Z捻、捻度为28.50捻/(25.4 mm),合股纱为Z捻、捻度为24.70捻/(25.4 mm);工艺优选后细纱隔距块为3.00 mm、配前后区压力棒、粗纱定量设为2.9 g/(10 m)、细纱锭速设为15.0 kr/min、倍捻工序卷绕角设为14°32′。指出:合股线生产捻度设计可利用Excel数据分析确定合股强力回归方程;乔其纱单纱Z捻+Z捻合股在较低捻度下生产与单纱Z捻+S捻合股较高捻度的强力持平,且节约用电、单纱生产效率高;合股并线工序应重点控制小辫子、单股等疵点,倍捻工序重点调整成形、避免强捻与捻不匀问题;蒸纱定型能使乔其纱结构稳定,强力和伸长率提升,利于织造和印染。

Production Practice of CJ 5.8 tex Single Yarn and Its Ply Georgette Yarn

Abstract:In order to ensure the stiffness and elasticity of pure cotton CJ 5.8 tex ply georgette yarn,the requirements of pure cotton georgette fabric on yarn are analyzed,and the process of cotton blending and spinning of pure cotton CJ 5.8 tex ply georgette yarn,the selection of twist and twist direction of single yarn and ply yarn,the optimization of single yarn quality and spindle speed,the process of double twisting and the points for attention,and the importance of yarn steaming process are introduced.The pure cotton CJ 5.8 tex ply georgette yarn is spun by multi-group experiment scheme,the single yarn are determined to be with Z twist of 28.50 twist/(25.4 mm),and the ply yarn are determined to be with Z twist of 24.70 twist/(25.4 mm).After the process optimization,the spinning spacer is 3.00 mm,the pressure bar is equipped in the front and rear zones,the roving quantity is 2.9 g/(10 m),the spindle speed is 15.0 kr/min,and the winding angle of the double twisting process is 14°32′.It is pointed out that the ply force regression equation can be determined by Excel data analysis for the twist design of ply yarn production.The product of the georgette single yarn Z twist+Z twist ply under lower twist has the same strength as single yarn Z twist+S twist ply with a higher twist,and it saves electricity and has high production efficiency of single yarn.The defects such as small bra-
ided and single strand should be controlled in the process of combining ply drawing.In the double twisting process,the key points should be focused on adjusting forming,avoiding strong twist and uneven twist problems.Yarn steaming and forming can make georgette yarn structure stable,strength and elongation increase,which is conducive to weaving and printing.
