Design of the Metering Pump for Lyocell Fiber

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of Lyocell fiber，the process of traditional viscose fiber production by acid-base neutralization method and Lyocell fiber production by solvent method are introduced，and a special metering pump for Lyocell fiber are designed and developed.The JRG-50X2-T metering pump is taken as an example，and its structure and technical advantages are compared with the JN6-100 metering pump.It is pointed out that the key parts of Lyocell fiber metering pump are made of stainless steel，with compact structure，strong corrosion resistance，small gear meshing pulsation and accurate measurement.The driving shaft is rotating flexibly and smoothly，and double sealed with machinery and packing，which can effectively prevent melt leakaging.The metering pump for Lyocell fiber is small footprint，high spinning efficiency.
