  Abstract:In order to improve the manufacturing quality of domestic yarn tube，the historical development of winding yarn tube from wood and paper to plastic material is briefly described，and the role of basic industry progress，leading standards，structural optimization and processing technology improvement in yarn tube technology progress is analyzed in detail.The development trend of up and down chain coordination and intelligence is summarized，and the matters needing attention in the use of plastic yarn tube is briefly described.It is pointed out that the domestic yarn tube has made great progress in raw materials，manufacturing equipment and technology，structural design，performance parameters，use functions and so on.The intelligent yarn tube integrates the functions of winding，yarn quality data carrying and quality information tracing，opening the first of its kind in the intelligent textile accessories industry.Doing a good job in the upstream and downstream industrial chain coordination and standardizing the use of yarn tube can promote the further improvement of spinning quality and efficiency.
