并条机并合数与棉纱和织物质量的关系

摘要:为了提高半制品、棉纱和织物质量,通过试验对比有自调匀整系统并条机和无自调匀整系统并条机,采用不同并合道数、并合根数时的普梳棉条、精梳棉条、棉纱和织物质量,分析其对纱疵的影响并提出解决方法。指出:纺纱设备和器材的发展,推动了纺纱在线控制技术的发展,在线控制技术的发展为后工序棉纱疵点的控制提供了指导,纺纱厂需根据生产实际确定并条工艺;染色不匀和横条疵点与并条机并合道数和并合根数关系密切,无论并条机是否带有自调匀整系统,使用2道并条6根并合或8根并合工艺,均有利于减少棉纱细小纱疵、控制织物染色不匀和横条疵点;在确保设备状态良好的情况下,优选并条机并合道数和并合根数,是稳定后工序棉纱和织物质量的根本。

Relationship Between the Combining Number of Drawing Frame and Cotton Yarn and Fabric Quality

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of semi-products,cotton yarn and fabric,the carded sliver,combed sliver,cotton yarn and fabric quality under different passages of slivers and number of combined slivers of the drawing frame with auto-levelling system and the drawing frame without auto-levelling system are compared by test,and the different effects on yarn defects are analyzed and the solutions are proposed.It is pointed out that the development of spinning equipment and spinning accessories has promoted the development of online spinning control technology,which provides guidance for the control of cotton yarn defects in post-process,the spinning mill needs to determine the drawing process according to the actual production.There is a close relationship between uneven dyeing and stripiness and the passages of slivers and the number of combined slivers of drawing frame.No matter whether the drawing frame has auto-levelling system or not,using process with two passages of six combined slivers or eight combined slivers is conducive to reducing fine yarn defects and controlling uneven dyeing and stripiness of fabric.Under the good condition of equipment,the optimization of the passages of slivers and the number of combined slivers is the fundamental to stabilize the quality of cotton yarn and fabric in post-process.
